Droplets of Life..

‘Waaaaater, Damn….’

The thought ran in Jim’s mind nonstop. The day had looked good for trekking, however it suddenly turned up dry and hot, and the one bottle that he had carried was nearly over.

Losing his route did not help and with the sun beating up, was not sure, if he would dehydrate half way or manage to get to a pond.

Just about the time his mind started to play tricks, he eyed a small leaf with four minute droplets, jutting out, as if offering life. Looking at it, he smiled and walked on ahead.

Hope, lived on.

Quite some time since the last one, always nice to be back.

About asarpota

Like to fly, but at the same time, quite on the ground, and do tend to be realistic. Very passionate about what I believe in and do, no patience with idiots, not a perfectionist, but trying to come close to it.... Not a nerd btw, value my friends very much, can criticize and have the b***s to take it on my chin. A spade is a spade!!!
